简要规则描述：万祥镇共7个行政村，有粮田7194.14亩，菜田3867.26亩，经作田777.7亩，果园1616.71亩，养殖(水产)132.77亩，林地1345.58亩，零星用地1784.31亩，估算农业生产性垃圾年产出量约为1.25万吨左右。为进一步提升垃圾分类减量实效，做好农业生产性垃圾的收集处置工作，采取村小分队收集、第三方集中清运、定点收集等三种收运方式进行清理处置。

Brief Specification Description: There are 7 administrative villages in Wanxiang Town, with 7,194.14 mu of grain fields, 3,67.26 mu of vegetable fields, 777.7 mu of cash crops, 1,616.71 mu of orchards,132.77 mu of aquaculture (aquatic products), 1,345.58 mu of forest land, 1,78.31 mu of sporadic land, and the estimated annual output of agricultural production waste is about 12,500 tons. In order to further improve the effect waste classification and reduction, and to do a good job in the collection and disposal of agricultural production waste, three collection and transportation methods are adopted for cleaning and disposal: small teams villages for collection, third-party centralized transportation, and fixed-point collection.

合同履约期限：1年，计划服务时间：2025年9月26日至2026年9月25日。

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Suppliers that meet the requirements of Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on the Connection of International High Standards of Economic and Trade Rules Promote the Reform of Government Procurement in Pilot Zones (Shang Cai Ca 〔2024〕 No. 12) are not allowed participate in the procurement activities of this project;
4. This project does not allow subcontracting.
